Andrea Rodriguez serves as the Board Treasurer for Work After Tot. She is passionate about supporting the mission of building a community for parents who seek career, educational and child-related support. As a working mother of two young boys she has experienced first hand the challenges and joys that come with this new stage in life and is eager to build a strong network in our growing community. Andrea also works as the Director of Finance and Administration for a community-based nonprofit in Brooklyn, NY. With a focus for strengthening and aligning the organization’s central administrative and financial function. She oversees all human resources, finance, and operations-related activities. She holds her undergraduate degree in Urban Studies/Political Science from Barnard College, Columbia University. She is a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) and a member of a NYC-based Finance/Operations Affinity Network.
