Anna resides with her husband and a 7-year-old son in Forest Hills, Queens. In 2016, Anna made the difficult decision to step away from her career running a not-for-profit to prioritize taking care of her newborn. However, she quickly realized the many challenges that came with being a new parent in a new place without the support of a close-knit community. The sleepless nights only exacerbated the situation, and Anna found herself relying heavily on Google and Facebook for guidance through the maze of parenting uncertainties.

Then, in 2019, Anna spotted an opportunity to address the struggles faced by fellow parents who were attempting to work from home while raising young children. She opened Work & Tot, a pioneering co-working space that offered supervised programs for kids. Over the next four years, Work & Tot established itself as a beloved community hub, attracting a dedicated following of members. The stories Anna heard from her friends and the Work & Tot community inspired her to take the next step.

In 2023, she saw an opportunity to grow Work & Tot by venturing into the non-profit sector and forming Work After Tot Corp. Guided by a passionate and devoted board, this new endeavor aims to create a space where parents can come together to connect, develop valuable relationships, learn from experts, mentors, and advisers, and most importantly, support one another through the highs and lows of this shared journey.
